Who we are: Yalla Dunes is the booking site of Yalla Dunes LLC, which takes bookings and payment as booking agent. Every tour is run by Khat Tourism LLC (trading as Khat Tours and Safaris), a licensed tour operator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ratings shown on the site are theirs: 5.0 on Tripadvisor from 1,396 reviews and 5.0 on Google from 113.

## How booking works

- Choose a tour and an option, a date and a start time, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Confirmation and a voucher arrive by email at once.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start, refunded in full to the card. If weather or the operator stops a trip, it can be moved for free or refunded in full.
- Hotel pickup in Dubai on desert safaris, buggy and city tours; Abu Dhabi safaris pick up in Abu Dhabi; yachts board at Dubai Marina.
- Children's ages are asked at booking so the driver brings baby seats and boosters.
