Yes. Every trip is just your group with your own driver, guide or crew. No coaches and no strangers.
How do I book?
Choose a tour, pick a date and time, and pay online. Your confirmation and voucher arrive by email straight away, with a link to add your pickup or change the date.
How do I pay?
Online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We show prices in your own currency as a guide and charge in US dollars; your bank converts at its own rate. The full price is taken at booking and there is nothing to pay on the day, apart from any extras you add there.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before the start for a full refund to your card. If bad weather or the operator stops the trip, you can move it for free or get a full refund. See the cancellation policy.
Where do you pick up from?
From any hotel, hotel apartment or cruise terminal in Dubai. Abu Dhabi safaris pick up in Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi city tour picks up in either city. Yachts board at Dubai Marina.
Do you have baby seats?
Yes. Add your children’s ages when you book, and the driver brings the right baby seats and boosters.
Who runs the tours?
Khat Tourism LLC (Khat Tours and Safaris), a licensed Dubai tour operator, runs every tour. Yalla Dunes LLC is the booking agent: we take your booking and payment and pass it to their team.
