Before you book, or about a booking

• Chat: the “Chat with us” button at the top of every page.
• Email: support@yalladunes.com. Include your booking reference if you have one.
• Change or cancel: open the “Manage your booking” link in your confirmation email. It shows the refund before you confirm.

On the day of your tour

Call or message the operator’s team at +971 56 403 1600. The number is also on your voucher, with your driver’s details once they are assigned.

Bookings from a travel agent or another website

If you booked through another site, contact them first: they hold your payment. We can still help with pickup details on the day.
