News reports from September quoted Dh100 for adults and Dh80 for children; those are the same prices before the 5% VAT (Khaleej Times). The same report gave UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID rates of Dh70 for adults and Dh50 for children, which the official site did not display when we checked. A later Khaleej Times guide lists free entry for people of determination and Dh50 for their caregivers. Tickets are for a single entry.
When is Dubai Miracle Garden open in 2026 and 2027?
Season 15 runs from 8 October 2026 to 31 May 2027, and the garden is open every day from 9am to 9pm, with last entry at 8:30pm (official FAQ). Hours can change on public holidays and event days, so check the day you plan to go.
The season opened under the theme “Fifteen Years, Blooming Together”, and for the first time the displays change theme every week (Khaleej Times). The programme follows the UAE calendar, with events for Commemoration Day and Eid Al Etihad and fitness events during the Dubai Fitness Challenge. The garden closes each summer to be replanted; Season 16 dates had not been announced when we checked.
What does the ticket include?
Your ticket covers the gardens and the free entertainment: The Little District, buskers, and storytime and films on the Big Stage. Miracle Mini Golf, the Mini Train and the Buggy Tour are paid for on site.
Tickets bought online arrive on WhatsApp as a QR code, which is scanned at the main entrance, Gate 1. You do not need to print anything.
How do you get to Dubai Miracle Garden?
Dubai Miracle Garden is in Al Barsha South 3, inland from Mall of the Emirates, and the official site suggests these routes:
- Metro and taxi: take the Red Line to Mall of the Emirates, then a taxi for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Metro and bus: from Mall of the Emirates, RTA bus 105 runs to the garden in season; check the RTA app for current times.
- Taxi all the way: ask for Dubai Miracle Garden, Al Barsha South 3.
- From Abu Dhabi: Etihad Rail to Al Yalayis station takes about an hour, then a taxi of about 20 minutes.
The garden does not sit on the metro, so for a family the taxi from Mall of the Emirates is usually the simplest choice.
How long should you spend at Dubai Miracle Garden?
Plan on two to three hours for the Miracle Garden; Khaleej Times reports that visitors can stay inside for up to three hours this season. Add about an hour for the Butterfly Garden if you buy the combo.
When is the best time to visit Dubai Miracle Garden?
Go on a weekday morning for smaller crowds, or about an hour before sunset for the warm light on the flowers, as the Khaleej Times guide suggests. In November the sun sets between 5:28pm and 5:38pm (timeanddate.com), so arrive around 4:30pm. The garden is lit after dark, and from 7pm to 9pm you see the displays at night.
What are the rules at Dubai Miracle Garden?
The official FAQ lists these rules:
- No outside food or drinks.
- No pets.
- No smoking anywhere in the garden.
- No picking flowers.
- No professional cameras or drones; shoots need prior permission from the management office.
What is Dubai Butterfly Garden?
Dubai Butterfly Garden sits right beside the Miracle Garden and is open all year, which makes it the only part of the site you can visit in summer. It holds 8,000 to 10,000 butterflies of more than 50 species in climate-controlled domes. Its visitor information gives hours of 9am to 6pm, with last entry 30 minutes before closing, and a ticket costs AED 52.50 with VAT. Children under 3 and people of determination enter free with ID (Butterfly Garden).
Is Dubai Miracle Garden worth visiting?
Yes, if you like flowers and photographs or have children with you; it is unlike anything else in the city and costs far less than the big indoor theme parks. Weekends are the busiest days, so if you dislike crowds, go on a weekday or early in the day.
A morning at the garden pairs well with an evening in the desert: private evening safaris collect you from your hotel between 3pm and 3:30pm, which leaves time to get back and change (desert safari Dubai). Questions
When does Dubai Miracle Garden open for 2026?
Dubai Miracle Garden opened its 15th season on Thursday 8 October 2026, and the official site says the season runs until 31 May 2027. The garden opens every autumn and closes for the summer, when it is replanted. The Dubai Butterfly Garden next door stays open all year, so it is still an option in the summer months.
Is there a discount at Dubai Miracle Garden for UAE residents?
Khaleej Times reported in September 2026 that UAE residents and nationals with a valid Emirates ID pay Dh70 for adults and Dh50 for children this season. The official website did not show resident rates when we checked on 2 November 2026, so look for the option at checkout and carry your Emirates ID, which you need to get resident prices.
Is the Butterfly Garden included in the Miracle Garden ticket?
No. A standard Miracle Garden ticket covers the flower garden only. On the official site you can upgrade to a combo ticket for AED 42 more, or buy a Butterfly Garden ticket on its own for AED 52.50, VAT included. The Butterfly Garden has its own hours, 9am to 6pm, so visit it first if you plan to stay at the Miracle Garden into the evening.
Can you bring food into Dubai Miracle Garden?
No. The official rules do not allow outside food or drinks, pets or smoking anywhere in the garden, and picking flowers is forbidden. There are shops and places to eat on site. Professional cameras and drones are also banned without prior permission from the management office, so leave the tripod and drone at the hotel.
How long do you need at Dubai Miracle Garden?
Plan on two to three hours. Khaleej Times reports that visitors can stay inside for up to three hours this season. Add about an hour if you buy the combo ticket and walk through the Butterfly Garden as well, and allow travel time from central Dubai, which is about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi from Mall of the Emirates.
